Ingredients For Bread: 1 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup lukewarm water 1 teaspoon sugar One teaspoon active dry yeast 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon oil to grease One tablespoon butter 3 tablespoon Mozzarella cheese, grated 2 teaspoon garlic, crushed, dry/fresh 1 teaspoon oregano, crushed, dry/fresh
Ingredients for Stuffing: 1 cup mushrooms 2 tablespoon onion, chopped Two tablespoon boiled peas, optional 1 tablespoon butter One tablespoon milk 2 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon cream Salt to taste Black pepper powder to taste
Method for Stuffing: 1. Finely chop onion as well as mushrooms. 2. Melt butter in a saucepan. 3. Sauté onions and mushrooms for 5-6 minutes on low flame. 4. Add boiled peas and milk and bring to a boil. 5. Add cheese and heat it until cheese melts. 6. Add cream and pepper. 7. Stir for 1-2 minutes and turn off the heat. 8. Keep it aside.
Method for Bread: Put sugar in water and mix it well. Put yeast in water, mix well and keep for 10 minutes so that it becomes thick solution. Mix salt in the flour, and add water little by little. Knead it to make sticky dough. Keep kneading till dough becomes non-sticky and soft. Proof dough by keeping it for 30 minutes to 1 hour, until it double in size. Knead the dough again for 1-2 minutes. Take a 10 inch diameter baking tray or 4X10 bowl, grease it a little. Method for Bread Place dough in the tray/bowl and spread it to give it the shape the tray/bowl. Put stuffing on one half of the dough. Also ensure that you do not putting the stuffing on the edges. Take a little water and make the edges a little wet. Fold the dough to cover the stuffing. Press the edges together. The water on the edges would act like glue to hold the upper and lower layer of dough. Apply butter on top surface of the dough. Sprinkle cheese, garlic and oregano. Preheat oven at 200 degree F/100 degree C Put the tray inside oven and let it bake for 10 minutes. Cut into portions and serve the bread with some dressings.
