WHOLE WHEAT GARLIC BREAD RECIPE:
Whole wheat garlic bread recipe is a simple recipe to make simple and healthy bread with daily ingredients. Using the same dough you can make buns, or smaller portions. You can also mix rye, spices and herbs in the dough to give flavor to your bread. You can also garnish with olives, parsley leaves, finely chopped tomato, finely chopped onions, etc. Serve the slices of the garlic bread with soup, salad, pasta, etc.

WHOLE WHEAT GARLIC BREAD RECIPE is a simple recipe to make simple and healthy bread with daily ingredients. With same dough you can make flavoured bread!

Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oil to grease
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 teaspoon garlic, crushed, dry/fresh
1 teaspoon oregano, crushed, dry/fresh

Method:
Put sugar in water and mix it well.
Put yeast in water, mix well and keep for 10 minutes so that it becomes thick solution.
Mix salt in the flour, and add water little by little.
Knead it to make sticky dough.
Keep kneading till dough becomes non-sticky and soft.
Proof dough by keeping it for 30 minutes to 1 hour, until it double in size.
Knead the dough again for 1-2 minutes.
Take a 10 inch diameter baking tray or 4X10 bowl, grease it a little.
Place dough in the tray/bowl and spread it to give it the shape the tray/bowl.
Make shallow slits in the dough.
Apply butter on top surface of the dough.
Sprinkle cheese, garlic and oregano.
Preheat oven at 200 degree F/100 degree C
Put the tray inside oven and let it bake for 10 minutes.
Cut into portions and serve the bread with some dips.
