WHOLE WHEAT BREAD RECIPE:
Simple recipe to make simple bread with daily ingredients. Using the same dough you can make buns, or smaller portions. You can also mix rye, spices and herbs in the dough to give flavor to your bread.

Whole wheat bread recipe that you can easily prepare at home. It is a good recipe for beginners that you and your dear ones will love. It can be served with honey, jam, or egg and the list can go on and on.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 teaspoon sugar
One teaspoon active dry yeast
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oil to grease

Method:
Put sugar in water and mix it well.
Put yeast in water, mix well and keep for 10 minutes so that it becomes thick solution.
Mix salt in the flour, and add water little by little.
Knead it to make sticky dough.
Keep kneading till dough becomes non-sticky and soft.
Proof dough by keeping it for 30 minutes to 1 hour, until it double in size.
Preheat oven at 200 degree F/100 degree C
Knead the dough again for 1-2 minutes.
Take a 10 inch diameter baking tray or 4X10 bowl, grease it a little.
Place dough in the tray/bowl and spread it to give it the shape the tray/bowl.
Let it bake for 10 minutes. Cool and serve the bread.
