TURMERIC CHUTNEY RECIPE

   

Ingredients:
1 cup mint
3 green chilli
2 tablespoon turmeric powder
3 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
4 cloves garlic, peeled
1 small onion, coursely chopped
1 tablespoon black salt
2 tablespoon plum jam
3 tablespoon water

Method:

1. Put all the vegetables in a grinder and grind well.
2. Add all the spices and grind again.
3. Serve this fresh chutney with main course and staples.
