Ingredients:
4 medium tomatoes
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Sendha Namak (Salt) to taste
2 tablespoon ghee
2 green chilli to garnish

Method:
1.Cut tomatoes into 8 wedges. Keep aside.
2.Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.
3.Add chilli, turmeric, salt and sugar and mix well.
4.Add tomatoes. Mix well.
5.Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame until the tomatoes are slightly tender.
6.Garnish with green chillies and serve.
