SOULFUL CURD RICE RECIPE

Ingredients:
For Curd
1 cup curd, chilled
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon tomato, chopped
10 curry leaves
1 teaspoon oil
1 pinch red chilli powder
1 pinch of turmeric powder
Salt to taste

For Rice
2 cup streamed rice
1 egg, whisked
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon spring onion, sliced
Salt to taste

Method:
For Curd
1.Heat oil in a frying pan.
2.Add curry leaves, turmeric, chilli, salt, onion and tomatoes and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
3. Use this paste to garnish chilled curd.

For Rice
1. Add steamed rice, egg, onion, soy sauce and salt to a pan and mix well.
2. Turn on heat, stir the mixture till the egg is cooked.
3. Garnish with the spring onion.

Serving
1. Serve rice with a bowl of curd.
