SIMPLE VEGETABLE RICE RECIPE

Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1 medium onion, sliced
1 small green pepper, sliced
1 small yellow pepper, sliced
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 medium tomato, chopped
100 gm cauliflower, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon pepper powder
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and cook onions for 2-3 minute.
Add all spices and all vegetables.
Add the rice and 3 cups of water.
Cover the pan and simmer for 20-30 minutes, until the rice are soft.
Serve with main course.

Serves: 4 adults
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
