4 slices of bread
2 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
Take a flat bowl and add eggs, milk, pepper, salt, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Whisk them well.
Cut each bread slice into half.
Coat the bread slices with the egg mixture.
Shallow fry with a little oil until they are golden brown
Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
