Pudina Chutney Recipe:

Pudina Chutney recipe is very famous household accompaniment of North India. You can prepare this and preserve this for a couple of days. Serve this accompaniment with snacks like chaats, sandwich, veg cutlet, pakoda, kabab, paneer tikka, vada etc. This traditional and quick recipe is as flavorful and tangy for your immediate serving. You can remove onions if preparing for Navratri Vart. If you do not have raw mango then use 1 tablespoon of amchur powder.

Pudina chutney recipe is a healthy, nutritious and a tasty accompaniment to any dish like dosa, sandwich, parantha, rice etc. Here is an easy recipe!

Ingredients:
1 cup mint leaves without stems
1/2 cup raw mango, grated
1 small onion, peeled, cubed
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1 tablespoon jaggery powder
4 cloves of garlic, peeled, crushed
1 small tomato, optional
2 green chilli, to taste
1 gooseberry (amla), grated
1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste

Method:
1. Put all the ingredients in a grinder and grind well into a smooth paste.
2. Store in an air-tight dry jar and refrigerate
3. Serve with various chaats like samosa, golgappe, dahi bhalle, dahi vada and pakora.
