Ingredients: 1 cup mint leaves without stems 1/2 cup raw mango, grated 1 small onion, peeled, cubed 1/2 cup coriander leaves 1 tablespoon jaggery powder 4 cloves of garlic, peeled, crushed 1 small tomato, optional 2 green chilli, to taste 1 gooseberry (amla), grated 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
Method: 1. Put all the ingredients in a grinder and grind well into a smooth paste. 2. Store in an air-tight dry jar and refrigerate 3. Serve with various chaats like samosa, golgappe, dahi bhalle, dahi vada and pakora.
