Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, peeled
1 carrot, peeled
Pepper to taste
1 onion, peeled
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon thyme, finely chopped
For frying Oil
1 tablespoon oregano, finely chopped
One tablespoon oil
Method:
1. Grate potatoes, carrot and onion and mix them together.
2. Mix pepper, salt, thyme and oregano in vegetable.
3. Take a pan such that it can hold only about ¾ of vegetables.
4. Heat oil in the pan and load all the vegetables.
5. Cook on low flame for 15 minutes. Stir the whole pie in the pan and cook for another 5 minutes till it looks like a pie.
6. Preheat the oven at 200 degree F/100 degree C
7. Shift the pan to the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
8. Cut the pie in 8 pieces and serve with your favorite dressing.
