Ingredients:
For dressing:
1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
2 tablespoon nuts, chopped, roasted
1 teaspoon ginger juice
2 tablespoon sesame seed
Two tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon honey
Salt to taste

For salad:
1 capsicum
One beetroot
1 large carrot
One cucumber
1 very small green papaya

Method:
For the Dressing:
1. Take a bowl, put all the ingredients for the dressing and mix them well.
2. Set aside for 10 minutes.

1.Julienne all the vegetables in very thin strips.
