Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1 cup peas
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds, optional
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
Salt to taste

Put all ingredients with 5 cups of water in a pan
Let it boil for 20 minutes or till the rice are soft.
