Ingredients:
1 teaspoon honey
2 cup pear, pitted, cubed/sliced
1 teaspoon mint leaves
Method:
Take a grinder and add pears (except a small piece of 1 inch cube), mint leaves (except 2) and honey.
Grind and sieve in a serving cup.
Make a cut half way through in remaining piece of pear and garnish it on the edge of the serving cup.
Garnish mint on top of the juice.
Serve fresh.
Serves: 1-2 adults
