PANEER MASALA RECIPE:
Paneer masala recipe has the main ingredient as paneer also known as cottage cheese is a very healthy and nutritious ingredient. Sweet as well as spicy dishes are made using Paneer. This recipe is used as a main course with rice or chapati. It can also be used to prepare samosa, dosa or rolls. This recipe is very nutritious and aromatic yet unconventional.

Paneer masala recipe has the nutrition of paneer or cottage cheese. It is a quick and simple recipe that can be used as an accompaniment or can be served with paranthas etc.

Ingredients:
1.5 cup Paneer, crushed
1 tomato, finely chopped
4 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
One teaspoon mustard seeds
2 teaspoon green chilli, finely sliced, to taste
1 tablespoon oil
One teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
2. Add onion, ginger & chillies. Cook until it turns golden brown.
3. Mix salt.
4. Mix crushed paneer and remove from heat.
5. Use as filling for dosa or samosa or rolls.
6. Serve with suitable chutney.
