Ingredients:
3 cups mushrooms
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
1 medium size onion
½ cup boiled peas
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
½ cup milk
5-6 green coriander leaves
½ cup cream
Salt to taste
½ a cup butter
3-4 green chilies

Method:
1. Finely chop onion as well as mushrooms.
2. Melt butter in a saucepan.
3. Sauté onions and mushrooms for 8-10 minutes on low flame.
4. Add boiled peas and milk and bring to a boil.
5. Add cheese and heat it until cheese melts.
6. Add cream and pepper.
7. Stir for 1-2 minutes and turn off the heat.
8. Plate and garnish with coriander and green chilies.
9. Serve as main dish with Indian breads.
