Ingredients: 1 cup cooked rice 2 tin of kidney beans 4 wraps 4 tablespoon cheese, grated 4 tablespoon sour cream 2 tablespoon spring onion, sliced 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon vinegar 2 teaspoon paprika powder 2 teaspoon garlic paste 2 teaspoon sugar Salt to taste
Method: Heat a pan and add oil, paprika, garlic, salt, sugar and vinegar. Mix well and add 4 tablespoon of water. Drain, wash and add kidney beans. Mix well. Add rice and mix. Remove from flame when warm. Heat wraps and spread beans/rice mixture in center of each wrap. Garnish with cheese, sour cream and spring onion. Fold the wrap to make a roll Serve with tossed vegetables or mesh potatoes etc.
