Ingredients:
500 gm curd
1 small cucumber (kheera)
1 green chilli finely sliced (optional)
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Peel and grate cucumber.
2. Mix curd, cucumber and spices in a bowl.
3. Raita is ready to serve
