Ingredients:
1 raw mango
200 gm Cheddar cheese
1 green bell pepper
One beetroot
1 cucumber
200 gm paneer
1 carrot
Method:
Julienne all the vegetables and cheddar cheese into thin long pieces of about 0.5 cm by 0.5 cm by 3 cm.
Julienne paneer into pieces of about 1 cm by 1cm by 3 cm
Arrange pieces of each vegetable/cheese separately on a serving plate.
