Ingredients: 2 cup green lentil (moong dal) 1 tablespoon all purpose flour One onion 2 green chilli, to taste Salt to taste Oil, for shallow frying
Method: For Batter: Soak green lentils in twice as much water in a big bowl for 6-8 hours. Drain water away. Put lentils, onion, flour, green chilli in a grinder to make a paste. Add water to make batter a flowing paste (thick viscous).
