FRESH SPROUTS SALAD RECIPE

Fresh Sprouts Salad Recipe:
Fresh sprouts salad recipe is a very healthy nutritious tasty recipe for muscle building diet, for salad course or for accompaniment of the main course. You can vary the quantity of the sprouts or vegetables for a variety. We can preserve this salad for a day or two. You can layer this salad in your sandwiches, sub, mix in chicken soup, mix in your omelettes or serve as side of a curry.

Fresh Sprouts Salad Recipe is a healthy recipe also called moong dal sprouts recipe. It is a very nutritious and tasty recipe for muscle building diet or for salads or as accompaniment as well.

Ingredients:
100 gms mung dal sprouts
50 chana sprouts
10 fresh leaves of basil
50 gm soyabean sprouts
10 fresh leaves of mint
50 gm alfalfa sprouts
3 tablespoon onion, brunoised
50 gm fenugreek sprouts
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoon tomato, brunoised
10 leaves of coriander, Chiffonaded
1 gram coriander powder
3 gram red chilli powder, optional
1 gram cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 Lemon

Method:
wash different sprouts one by one in salty water for 5 minutes.
Drain water and add sprouts to a bowl and mix.
Add lemon juice, garlic, red chilli, coriander powder and cumin powder . Mix well.
Add onion, tomato, coriander leaves, basil leaves and mint leaves. Mix well again.
Add salt just before serving and mix well.
Once done, serve.
