Breakfast:
1 cup oats
One cup milk
1 banana, chopped
One tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon flax seeds

Heat milk and oats together for 2-3 minutes, garnish other ingredients and serve.

Morning Snack:
Fruit plate including:
Orange
Pineapple
Apple

Lunch:
½ teaspoon lemon
100 gm boneless fish slice
1/2 Cucumber, peeled
50 gm brown rice
½ teaspoon pepper

Method:
Marinate fish slice with pepper and lemon for 20 minutes.
Grill fish slice for 20 minutes in oven or on a flat plan.
On the side put 1 cup of water and rice on flame for about 15 minutes till rice are tender.
Serve fish and rice with cucumber slices.

Afternoon Snack:
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
1 pear or pomegranate

Dinner:
1 slice of whole wheat bread
One tablespoon of peanut butter
2 cups of baked or boiled vegetables like
Broccoli
Potato
Tomato
