Ingredients: 4 boiled eggs 1 tablespoon oil 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 Green chilli, finely sliced 1 teaspoon ginger, chopped/crushed 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped/crushed 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 pinch of asafetida (hing) 1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek (methi) seeds 1 teaspoon mustard seeds Salt to taste 2 green chilli whole to garnish 10 coriander leaves to garnish
Method: 1.Put a pan on low flame and add oil to it. 2. Add hing, fenugreek seeds, musturd seeds and cook for a minutes 3. Add green chilli and chopped onion. Saute them till onions become golden. 4. Add ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt. 5. Add tomatoes, mix well and cook for 3 minutes. 6. Add half cup water and let it boil. 7. Grind the mixture to get gravy. 8.Put the eggs into the gravy and cook for 3 minutes. 9.Garnish with coriander leaves and whole chilli.
