DOSA MASALA RECIPE:
Dosa Masala Dosarecipe is popular and sumptuous delicacy of South India. It takes many forms and shapes. “Dosa Masala” or the filling is integrated part of Dosas. You can add fried or roasted dry fruits like cashews, almonds and walnut to this recipe for nutrition and richness. You can also add red chillis to the recipe as per your taste.

Ingredients:
4 potato, boiled, peeled, crushed
1 onion, chopped
3 teaspoon curry masala
1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 teaspoon green chilli, finely sliced, to taste
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
2. Add onion, ginger & chillies. Cook until it turn golden brown.
3. Mix salt and curry powder.
4. Mix crushed potatoes and remove from heat.
5. Use as filling for Masala Dosa.
6. Serve with suitable chutney.
