Deviled Eggs Recipe:

The deviled eggs recipe makes a great snack for parties, dinner or a springtime brunch. You can try different ingredients to make the filling paste, for garnish and for side dip. You may try this deviled eggs recipe with guacamole dip as filling paste or side dip. For more variety, use chives, sour cream, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, parsley, thyme, schezwan sauce, very finely chopped/crushed dill pickle, very finely chopped/crushed chicken salami etc.

Deviled eggs recipe is a perfect classic must-have recipe that you should relish. You can have it with pickles or just make it amazingly simple.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
One tablespoon black olives, very finely chopped
1 teaspoon mustard sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Pinch of paprika powder

Method:
1. Put eggs in pan to make a single layer
2. Add water to submerge eggs completely.
3. Let it simmer on low flame for 15 minutes.
4. Take out eggs and wash them with cold water for 2 minutes or let them stand in cold water for a few minutes.
5. Crack the eggs and remove the shell. If you still find them hot then peel in the cold water.
6. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
7. Remove yolks.
8. Make a smooth paste by mixing yolks, mayonnaise, relish, olives, mustard, salt, and pepper.
9. Arrange egg whites on a serving plate with holes looking upwards.
10. Put yolk paste into egg white holes with the help of a spoon or a parchment cone.
11. Garnish with paprika and/or pepper.
