Curd Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1 cup curd
1/2 cup milk
1 small Carrot, grated
1 Green Chilli, finely sliced
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1/4 cup curry leaves
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon chana dal
2 teaspoon urad dal
2 whole dried red chilli
1/2 teaspoon hing
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste

Method:
1.Boil rice till they become very soft and sticky. Drain any extra water.
2. Mesh rice a little.
3.Mix curd and milk.
4.Mix carrot, green chilli, ginger, salt and coriander leaves.
5.On the side take oil in a pan and heat it.
6.Add mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves, red chilli and hing and saute them to make tadka.
7.Put curd rice in a bowl and garnish with a little tadka.
