Ingredients:
1 green bell pepper
One cucumber
1 carrot
½ head of broccoli
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon milk
One tablespoon cream
2 teaspoon mixed herbs, dried
1 teaspoon garlic, dried
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
5-6 green coriander leaves
2 green chilies
Method:
Cut bell pepper, cucumber and carrot into 1/2 inch cubes.
Make small florets of about 1/2 inch of broccoli.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream and milk.
Add garlic, herbs, pepper and salt and mix well.
Add all the vegetables and mix well.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves and green chilli.
Serve with toast or garlic bread.
