100 gm mung dal sprouts
50 chana sprouts
2 teaspoon butter
50 gm soybean sprouts
1 tablespoon milk
50 gm alfalfa sprouts
1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
50 gm fenugreek sprouts
½ cup creamy cheese
1/3 cup cream
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
5-6 green coriander leaves
2 green chilies
Wash different sprouts one by one in salty water for 5 minutes.
Drain water and add sprouts to a bowl and mix.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, cheese, cream and milk.
Add pepper and salt and mix well to make creamy mixture.
Add creamy mixture to the sprouts and mix well.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves and green chilli.
Serve with toast or garlic bread.
