Creamy potato salad recipe is a quick, easy and nutritious recipe which can be home cooked in a short duration and goes well with sandwiches or as a snack!
1 tablespoon oil to grease
One cup boiled green peas
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon milk
One tablespoon cream
2 teaspoon mixed herbs, dried
1 teaspoon garlic, dried
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
5-6 green coriander leaves
2 green chilies
Wash potatoes to remove all dust.
Cut them into 1/2 inch cubes.
Preheat oven at 200 degree Fahrenheit.
Grease a baking tray and place potatoes in a layer.
Grease potatoes with a brush.
Put plate in oven and cook for 15 minutes till they are tender.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream and milk.
Add garlic, herbs, pepper and salt and mix well.
Add all the potato cubes, boiled peas and mix well.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves and green chilli.
Serve with toast or garlic bread.
