Chicken based Full Day Meals For Weight Gain Recipe:

Breakfast:
1 cup oats
1 cup milk
1 banana, chopped
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon flax seeds
Heat milk and oats together for 2-3 minutes, garnish other ingredients and serve.

Morning Snack:
Fruit plate including
Orange
Pineapple
Apple

Lunch:
Ingredients:
100 gm boneless chicken
50 gm brown rice
1/2 Cucumber, peeled
½ teaspoon pepper
Salt to taste

Method:
Boil chicken in 2 cups of water with salt and pepper for about 10 minutes.
Add rice and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes until chicken and rice are tender.
Serve with cucumber slices.

Afternoon Snack:
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
1 pear or pomegranate

Dinner:
1 slice of whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
2 cups of baked or boiled vegetables including
Broccoli
Potato
Tomato
