Cauliflower and Chickpeas Wraps Recipe:

Cauliflower and Chickpeas Wraps Recipe: It is a nutritious, healthy, and a low carb recipe. It makes a great healthy snack which is delicious, tasty, and full of flavor. 

Ingredients:
For the chutney:
¾ cup of mint leaves
1/3 cup of coriander leaves
11/2 green chilly
1 raw mango small in size (grated with the cover)
1 amla (grated)
1 onion, diced
4-6 garlic cloves
Salt to taste
For the filling:
4 potatoes, boiled
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 cauliflower, diced into small florets
Chickpeas boiled and grilled, or put oil in pan add chickpeas, salt and pepper and saute until light brown.
10 8-inch brown rice paper wrappers or any other wrappers, even chapatis are okay
1 onion finely-chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
10 to 15 springs fresh herbs (parsley, basil, etc.)
Coriander leaves, finely chopped for garnishing

Method:
For the chutney:
In a grinder add all the contents and grind until it is blended smoothly. Put in a small bowl and green chutney is ready to serve.
For the filling:
Mash the boiled potatoes and add salt, pepper, garam masala and coriander leaves and set aside.
Put oil in a pan and add crushed garlic and finely chopped onion.
Add cauliflower once the onion is golden brown. Cook until soft and then add the ready chickpeas. Saute for 7-8 minutes.
Making of the wrap:
Take the wrap or chapati and put a layer of mashed potatoes and green chutney. To this add the cooked cauliflower and chickpeas mixture.
Roll the wrap and your dish is ready to be served.

Recipe Servings:  4-5, 10 rolls are prepared
