Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
A pinch of asafoetida
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 green chilli, sliced, to taste
1 teaspoon pepper powder
2 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon fennel powder
10 Curry leaves
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt to taste
1 cup beetroot, grated

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, asafoetida, green chilli and curry leaves.
2. Add ginger garlic paste, cumin, pepper, fennel and salt.
3. Add the grated beetroot and coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Mix lemon juice and orange juice.
5. Garnish with lemon slice.
