Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes
1 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Method:
Preheat an oven to 220°C.
Wash potatoes to remove all dust.
Cut the potatoes into 6-8 wedges leaving the skin on.
Put the wedges on a baking tray.
Add oil, paprika and salt and coat wedges well.
Spread wedges nicely on the baking tray.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. You may choose to turn the wedges occasionally.
Serve hot with sour cream or cream cheese.
