ALMOND SOUP RECIPE

Ingredients:
50 gm almond
50 gm carrot
50 gm beans
50 gm cauliflower
50 gm green peas
50 gm onion
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon garam masala, optional
20 coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Finely chop vegetables – carrots, beans, onion, coriander and cauliflower.
2.Take oil in a pan. Put 1 cup water, almonds, garam masala , ginger, garlic and all the vegetables. Boil it for 30 minutes and let it cool down.
3.Grind into fine paste.
4. Serve hot with a slice of bread.
