Ingredients: 1 cup aata 1 cup ghee 1 cup sugar 2 cups water 10-12 almonds sliced 10-12 raisins 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
Method: 1. Take water, sugar and cardamom powder in a pan and let it boil. 2. On the side take another pan, preferable non-stick, and put ghee in that 3. Let it heat and slowly add aata to it while stirring well on medium heat till it changes to golden brown color. 3. Add boiled water to aata slowly while stirring well on medium heat. 4. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes till the time it stops sticking to the pan. 5. Turn off the heat. 6. Put it to a serving plate and garnish with sliced almonds and raisins.
