Ingredients:
6 cup raw mangoes, peeled, grated
4 cup sugar
6 tablespoon black salt
2 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon pepper powder
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon asafoetida
1 teaspoon clove
Method:
1.Mix grated mango and sugar in a clear jar with relatively narrow opening.
2.Tie muslin over the opening or the jar and keep the jar in the sun, stirring it twice a day for about 4 days.
3.Mix rest of the ingredients and continue to keep the jar in the sun until the sugar dissolves.
4.Transfer into smaller/service sterilized jar with lid and store.
